Asphalt/paving contractor based in Exeter is hiring a Secretary/Bookkeeper as a Full Time position. Applicant must demonstrate strong computer skills in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Calendar schedules, and software trouble shooting. Needs to be IPhone interface savvy, and able to perform general business duties.
General duties include:
• A/P & A/R for multi companies
• Daily interaction with customers, employees and owner
• General payroll duties reporting through multiple agencies
• Insurance knowledge for Construction Based company
• The ability to author and tract construction contracts
• Answering Phones, Emails and responding to Client inquiries
• Sending out and receiving mail and faxes.

This is a single person office. At times applicant will be expected to solely represent the company.
This person needs to demonstrate initiative to follow through to the end with projects, have strong written and communication skills, and be good at time management, independent and a self starter. Be content and happy in a single person office setting.
